Dangerous Sanctuary
by
Lois Richer
This
book has you intrigued from the moment you start reading. You get going in it,
then you get confused as to who is who, and where it is going to go. As you read
further, things start to make sense, then all of a sudden, things change again.
You are so turned around by the time you get to the end you are just too anxious
to figure out how things are going to resolve themselves. Then it all comes
together, safety, confidence, resolution. It is a roller coaster ride, with so
many blind turns you just don't know which direction you are going, but it is
thrilling!
You
learn that trusting God is not easy, and sometimes, when you think you can't go
on, that's the best time to lean on God. It also teaches us that sometimes
people can be so lost in their own grief, they can't see how they might have
attributed to their losses. When you let yourself get so caught up in seeking to
avenge your loss, or make restitutions that aren't yours to make, and you don't
stop to find hope, you can lose everything, even your ability to reason. Great
book! Definitely a worthwhile read.
